When you become a member you will receive a SmartCard, allowing for easy access to all of our vehicles. Book a car online and it will be waiting for you at the designated location. Use your SmartCard to access the vehicle and you're on your way. When you're done, bring it back and park it in the same spot. Too easy.
Quick Guide Member User Agreement
Join Online, you'll get a login ID to make bookings and a SmartCard to access vehicles.
Book the car of your choice at anytime, day or night, for as little as 1 hour. You can book up to 3 months in advance or at the very last minute.
The car will be waiting at the location you reserved. Present your SmartCard to access the vehicle.
Get in and go!
When you're done, return the vehicle to its designated bay before your booking ends.
Join online and begin driving within days. All you need to do is decide on a plan that suits you. Once we approve your online application, we'll send out an information booklet which includes your personal SmartCard.
As a member, you will have 24/7, convenient, self-serve access to our entire fleet. Just login and select your booking time, you'll get a list of available vehicles nearby or you can see them on a map. Our mobile site uses your GPS location to find vehicles around you, if you're booking from a computer we will show you vehicles near your home or work. You can select certain vehicle types or a different location and you can book up to a year in advance or at the very last minute.
When you join, we'll send you a SmartCard which gives you access to all cars. When you book a car it will be waiting at the designated location. Just present your SmartCard to the card reader on the windscreen to unlock the doors and you can be on your way in seconds. Make sure to check for damage before driving away, just a quick walk around the vehicle to ensure it's in good condition.
You now have a car to drive without owning one, the freedom of mobility without the hassles of vehicle ownership. When you are done, just park the car back in the same space. Make sure to leave the car tidy for the next driver, and always leave at least 1/2 a tank of fuel. Drive as often or as little as you like, 1 hour trips to the grocery store or road trips for a few days. Your credit card will be charged the estimated amount at the time of your booking and any additional amounts or credits will be applied to your account once the trip is complete. You'll get details on each trip once it's complete and you will receive an account summary each month outlining all charges and credits.
