GreenShareCar has placed itself as a alternative means of transport, using low emission cars on its fleet, GreenShareCar has been established to contribute towards this change.
GreenShareCar’s vision is to operate a fleet of green cars which will reduce road congestion and lower the demand for parking spaces in inner cities.
GreenShareCar aims to have a fleet of cars with “Zero” emissions by 2015.

One car can be shared by up to 30 people or more who live and work within 20km from city centres and close to public transport. | |

| GreenShareCar is a part of CarbonFairGo, an online hub to manage carbon risk. CarbonFairGo is committed to a positive, fair, direct and efficient way to assist us in surviving in a ‘carbon constrained’ economy. This will help in maintaining more predictable and stable local, regional and global climatic conditions as well as improving efficiency in the use of energy. | GreenShareCar aims to have a sharecar in all new developments of 20 apartments or more located within 20 Km from the city centre. We will work in partnership with developers to achieve this outcome. Mr. Paul Cummaudo, GreenShareCar’s CEO, believes his management team has the expertise in achieving these outcomes; we are well placed to deliver up to 300 share cars every year in Melbourne alone. With this annual increase of sharecars in the community, we estimate that 9,000 cars in the inner suburbs could disappear from our streets every year. |
